Shipping fee doesn't change when select other country

    Hi,

    I have a bug on shipping fee. When I first time select one country, the shipping fee display correctly but then if I try to change to an other country, the shipping fee just stuck on the first price of the country that i have selected before.
    I tried to deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce but still not change.
    What is weird is if i go to woocommerce>setting>shipping and click on “save option” then refresh the cart page, the price change to correct price but then it stuck again on new price.
    I have just moved my WP from local to website, on local it worked but not on website. I tried to re-upload but nothing.
    Please help me because I’m searching this for days but can’t find anything.
