    We did not find the product in the database – This error message is displayed when calculating freight for a product combo

    @cavallari74 Thank you for reaching out.

    The error occurs only on the product page, when checking out we did not notice the problem.

    I added the product to cart from product page only. I did not see any error. Can you please let me know steps to reproduce the issue or show a video or something?

    I am suspicious that the problem is related to the plugin that performs the shipping calculation. I am checking this possibility because he does not receive the IDs of the combo products.

    Well, ideally this should not happen. Because if you see, for a combo product, there are all child products added to cart separately and the combo itself does not have any shipping dimension etc. So it should ideally work.
