    This could be a plugin/theme conflict. Wp eCommerce version 3.8.14.2 is just released. Please give it a try to see if you are still experiencing your issue.

    I am having this exact same issue. No extra plugins installed. Latest version of the plugin. Straight TwentyFourteen theme.

    Rather a frustrating bug. As everything was working fine before the upgrade.

    So nobody seems interested in resolving this bug then?

    Time to give up on WP Ecommerce. I also tried to get my license for the Gold Cart over a week ago.

    No reply.

    i think i fixed this on a site for somebody last week. If I recall correctly there was a theme file from a previous version copied into the site theme directory, or an old style sheet.

    In any case what is happening is that the rows for the credit card part of the form are part of the shipping table, when the shipping table gets hidden it takes the checkout form with it.

    I think the fix was simply a carefully placed “style =”display:block;”‘ in the copy of the checkout page php file that was copied into the theme folder from the previous installation.
