Thanks, that did fix the country issue but now there is an issue with the state. It was prefilled to ohio for me and when I clicked place order it said I needed to supply the shipping state.
Going back to the shipping address and choosing ohio from the dropdown fixed it but I think the initial error with frustrate customers.

I am experiencing the same issue and using v1.3.3 — Did the latest update wipe out this fix from previous releases? HELP
