Shipping costs not passing into split orders

Hello! This plugin is great for everything we need, and we are currently using it to split orders by vendor, however, after the orders are split, the shipping costs associated with each parcel is not carrying over into the new split orders. We have a multi-carrier plugin, but disabling it and using the WooCommerce flat rates returns the same issue. We sent this issue over to your support email but haven’t heard back.
