    Hi Dear,

    I have an issue about Flexible Shipping Rate not included in my order package
    (i’m already setting for free shipping some country and for the rest is charged)

    so, it’s not have any happened 🙁

    how to solved it?

    Hi @trospk,

    Could you please send us screenshots of your current shipping zones and shipping methods settings? They will be crucial for further analysis of this issue.

    An example of the contents of the cart and an address for which Flexbile Shipping methods are not available may also be helpful.

    My Shipping condition have only 2 condition
    1. for free shipping in country

    Hi @trospk,

    1. Are you using Flexible Shipping to display free shipping or is it default WooCommerce method? Is it available for you in the cart?

    Despite entering a Thai address, the method is not available:

    2. The full method settings can be useful, but the rules table looks correct, so I would look for a solution outside of Flexible Shipping.

    Do you have any restrictions on selling or shipping location in your WooCommerce general settings?

    You can verify if the issue is related to Flexible Shipping or other plugins by adding the default Flat Rate shipping method to both zones – is it available in the checkout?

    Hi @trospk,

    I suggested something slightly different. You can verify whether the issue is related to WooCommerce settings or Flexible Shipping by adding default Flat Rate to these shipping zones.

    1. After adding a Flat Rate, is it available on the checkout page?

    I just added Flat Rate into Thialand free shipping… but still not appear on cart checkout calculation page 🙁

    Hi @trospk,

    Your Flexible Shipping method settings look correct.

    If Flat Rate is not available in your cart, it means you are not allowing shipping at all in your store – this has nothing to do with Flexible Shipping settings.

    It is possible that the issue is with your theme settings or some other WooCommerce / plugins configuration. Unfortunately, we do not provide support for third-party plugin settings.

    If you encounter any difficulties in setting up Flexible Shipping – we will be happy to help.

    This could explain why shipping is not available at all.

    Thnaks for helping, My Item has flaged Virtual for all item 🙁
    then I was unflaged and it’s working fine.
