• Hi,

    Calculated shipping cost for the order is not being added to the order. Therefore, customers can’t complete the order, it is keep saying “Please select a shipping quote” at checkout page.

    Can the support team assist me with this issue?

    Hi mate,

    If you have changed the name of the shipping providers e.g. from Couriers Please to “express courier” or something then the plug in doesn’t like some of the characters which was the problem in my case.
