Hi, @mxlq!
When I clic on recalculate, the shipping is always 0.00
When calculating the shipping cost, are you doing so by using the same zone/region during the checkout as where you’ve added the flat rate to?
You can’t, for example, calculate to the Netherlands, but you’ve only added a zone for the US.
Please send us a screenshot of your shipping zone setup along with your System status, please. You’ll find the status under “WooCommerce > Status” and you can use https://snag.gy/ to send us your screenshots, thanks
Cheers!

Dear @rynald0s!
I set a Spain zone with a flat rate of 13*[qty].
When I make a new order in the wp-admin I set the client country to Spain.
Here is an extract of my WC status:

Hi @mxlq,
When you are manually creating an order from the WP-Admin, you need to manually add the shipping line as well as its cost per this clip – http://cld.wthms.co/GUrfr9.
The pricing you’ve set up in your shipping zones and shipping methods only comes into play when a customer is placing an order from the front end of the site.
I’ll go ahead and mark this thread as resolved.
