Whenever I try to ship to myself (located in IL, US), I get the following message.

Under WooCommerce / Settings / Shipping I have Table Rates active
I have a Zone set up being United States (and I have all the 50 states included too). I have 5 different shipping methods set up and weights entered for the products. I don’t understand what is going wrong.
