    Hi,

    The tracking link is not working anymore? which shipping provider do you use?

    As for the design, check in the plugin settings in the Tracking info display section. what are the design settings — you can save and preview your changes in the preview email link at the bottom

    Yes it doesn’t work. It’s not even clickable. I created a custom shipping provider. The tracking link and the name of the shipping company are ok when previewed but not working properly when sent to a customer. Here are the design settings:

    Hi, I just checked with custom provider, with Kadence Email Designer plugin and we are compatible, looks good and the custom provider link works.

    it seem you created the custom provider wrong, did you add image to this provider? which link you add? how do you add the tracking parameter for this custom provider? send me the exact details.

    Yes i added an image and it was working fine. The link was not “search ready” meaning that it couldnt take a tracking number as a parameter “link was ‘https://www.elta-courier.gr/search'”. So i researched a little bit and found that if you put “?br=%number%” in the end, it works. I checked it and it was actually working for a while. But something happened and now image and name are not showing, and tracking link is broken. I have one question. Can I clear-uninstall your plugin and re-install it?

    Hi,
    You can deactivate, delete, install again but I do not think this will solve the issue.
    IF you use this URL, then it will not work – it leads to 403 page:
    https://www.elta-courier.gr/search?br=%number%
    you should contact this carrier and ask them if there is a URL which you can use that contains the tracking number to get tracking info without the need to paste itin the page, if they have this option, replace the tracking number in the URL with the %number% parameter and use it in the custom provider settings.

    As for the provider image – by the screenshot you sent, in the display tracking info settings of the plugin, the display of the provider image/thumbnail is not active, set it to be active, save your settings and it should work.
    you can preview of the display in the email at the bottom under the save button.

    I deactivated it and reinstalled but the custom company remains. The database remains there. Yes the url leads to a 403 page but when I press “preview” it works perfectly and it was working for customer emails too. I know that the image is not enabled because it shows broken when sent to customers thats why I disabled it. Thing is, all things were OK for a while but then they broke. Any other solutions?

    Deleted the custom company, re-created it, and now its fixed. Thanks for your time and help!
