Shipping Classes + Shipping by Weight

Do you know by any chance how i can accomplish the following:

I have 1 product with 2 variations

Variations are 10 pound and 20 pound on the same product
I want to do the following :

10 pounds = $11.95
20 pounds = $16.35
30 pounds = $16.35 + $11.95
40 pounds = $16.35 + $16.35
50 pounds =$16.35 + $16.35 + $11.95
60 pounds = $16.35 + $16.35 + $16.35

..and so on
I’m struggling because I have other products that have different shipping cost and would like all shipping cost to combine at checkout..

Do you know of a plugin that can add the shipping classes and shipping by weight at the same time? Im currently doing it like the image below(link) but it just to complicated and long when i add more products.. thank you in advance.
