Shipping classes not applied

    Hello,
    we have an issue with shipping classes: their costs are not charged, even if products have a shipping class assigned.

    Our shipping rates are set in this way:

    Flat Rate:
    Tax excluded
    Cost = 7,90

    Shipping Classes:
    Class “Sacchi” = 19,40 * [qty]
    No cost = N/A

    But if we add to cart a product (both simple and variable) with shipping class set as “Sacchi” we always get 7,90€ for shipping cost and not the value assigned to the shipping class.

    How can we fix this issue and get again shipping class rates?
    Does anyone have the same problem?

    @comandc,

    If you want costs to be charged based on the shipping class. You need to remove that 7.90 from cost. If you have a value set for cost, that one will override all other values.

    Instead, you can move that value to the spot for No shipping class selected and it will only be applied to products that have no shipping class.

    Hello Luminus, thank you for your answer.

    In theory with my settings the cost should be added to the flat rate?

    But now I realized that in the original version of the product the shipping cost per class is right, but in the translation it isn’t.

    To see an example in action try adding this product (http://m-store.it/negozio/pao-sacchi-colpitori/sacco-boxe-black-cuban-k-nok/) in the cart from the Italian version and then change the language staying in the cart, you will see the shipping costs change according to the language selected.

    At this point I think it’s a WPML for Woocommerce issue …
