Shipping class can not be selected and disappear

    First of all: It is a great plugin!

    wordpress: 4.1.1
    woocommerce: 2.3.7
    APG Weight and Postcode/State/Country Shipping: 1.7.5.2

    If the plugin is enabled I can’t choose any shipping class.
    Try the following:
    1. Deactivate the plugin.
    2. Go to “flat rate shipping” from woocommerce and be sure you can select a Shipping class.
    3. Activate the plugin.
    4. Go to “flat rate shipping” and try to choose a shipping class.
    In my case all my shipping classes are disappeared.
    Even in “C1 Shipping Class” I can not choose any shipping class.
