 * Is there a way of capping the shipping so that if people order multiple items
   the shipping costs are not accumulative? So shipping can be capped at the cost
   of the highest shiping rate if the customer orders 10 items rather than having
   ten shipping rates adding up.

 * Hey stevebliss,
 * I’m not 100% sure sorry. If you bend WPEC to do this in core I would suggest 
   looking at third party Add On plugins. Check out Lee Willis’s website for some
   great shipping Plugins.
 * If you can’t find something suitable I would consider checking out our consultants
   page and finding somebody to help you by making that into a Plugin for you. And
   then you could release it to the WordPress community for community good vibes
   🙂
