Shipping calculator not working

    Hi,
    we installed the plugin following the instructions. It looks active without issues we see the shipping calculator but we get only “No shipping options were found for Jaipur 302017, …” (we used that address for testing purpose)

    In Woocommerce / Shipping / Shipping zones we have placed India leaving Shipping method fields blank.

    What’s going wrong?

    Please crosscheck the following points for the resolution

    1. Minimum one Pickup address should be added on the Shiprocket panel.
    2. In Products weight (in KG) should be updated on WordPress.
    3. In Products dimensions (in CM) should be updated on WordPress.
    4. At the time of the plugin configuration Shiprocket’s register email id and mobile number have to be used on the Plugin settings page.
    5. Please reinstall the plugin.

    After updating the details if still facing any issue please drop an email on wordpress@shiprocket.in or raise a ticket from the Shiprocket panel with all the details (register email id / Company id, store URL, channel name)
