Shipping calculation issue

    Hi, i have this annoying issue with shipping calculation: when a visitor go to the cart and enter his adress, the shipping is calculated and is good, then if he goes back shopping, or if he changes the langage of the cart ( WPML installed) , the system says that there is not delivery options for this adress. The only way to recover the calculation is to erase the sessions…
    I used the debug of woocommerce and it indicates the right zone over the cart, thow it does not apply the zone rules.

    By default, WooCommerce will remember the shipping details once they’ve been entered on the cart/checkout page. If the customer goes back shopping around the site, adds more products to the cart, the proceeds once again to the cart/checkout pages, the shipping details will be retained.

    If this is not happening, this would indicate either a plugin/theme conflict or a caching conflict.

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

    Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    I tried to visit the site to test this from the front-end, but I see that the website is protected – so I couldn’t access it.

    I see that you have installed a third-party Table Rate Shipping plugin. Is that what you are using to configure your shipping methods?

    Note that adding more items to the cart can change what methods are offered to customers – depending on what are the conditions that the shipping method takes into account.

    I’d recommend reviewing the rules configured for shipping, to see if adding more products to the cart is perhaps making it so that no methods can fit the full order.
