Title: Shipping calculation issue Last modified: January 16, 2019 --- # Shipping calculation issue * Resolved [gicoz](https://wordpress.org/support/users/gicoz/) * (@gicoz) * [7 years, 4 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/shipping-calculation-issue-2/) * Hi, i have this annoying issue with shipping calculation: when a visitor go to the cart and enter his adress, the shipping is calculated and is good, then if he goes back shopping, or if he changes the langage of the cart ( WPML installed), the system says that there is not delivery options for this adress. The only way to recover the calculation is to erase the sessions… I used the debug of woocommerce and it indicates the right zone over the cart, thow it does not apply the zone rules. If the customer goes back shopping around the site, adds more products to the cart, the proceeds once again to the cart/ checkout pages, the shipping details will be retained. * If this is not happening, this would indicate either a plugin/theme conflict or a caching conflict. * Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. * Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. * Thread Starter
