Shipping by zone does not assign the correct zone

    Hello, while I configure the different shipments within my e-commerce, I made about nine shipping zones, each with its postal codes sent without duplication of data, however when the tests are done, the calculation made by woocommerce is incorrect since it only goes to the second zone and applies that price regardless of whether the postal code does not belong to those assigned for that zone

    Hi @ciudadpymeti! Are you using wildcards in setting up your shipping zones?

    Could you please share an example of the order details that use the wrong shipping zone. Also, please share screenshots of how you’re set up the second zone and the zone you expected to be used for the order?

    In your screenshot, GAM has 12 other regions and Fuera… has 11 other regions. Could you please share screenshots that show all the regions set up? Each range should be on a separate line. I wasn’t able to locate the range for 20101 in the screenshot.

    Also, do you have any other plugins installed that manage shipping? Please share your system report with me. You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report and then click Copy for support to be able to paste it in your reply.

    Hi @ciudadpymeti. Usually, this issue would be caused by overlap between the two shipping zones.

    From an online search, it looks like 20201 refers to a city within the region of Alajuela, and Alajuela is set up as one of the regions in the second zone. What happens if you drag that (second) zone below the zone that you expect 20201 to match with?
