In your paypal account there will be ‘shipping costs’ setup. Please remove these.

Thanks, it look ages to find it in PayPal but fixed now.

It would be nice to say where you found it so others don’t have the same experience of having to look for it. This is a forum.

@premiumcard: Whilst I understand your frustration, this is not your topic. If you require assistance then, as per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic.

    It’s here:

Profile > Profile and Settings > My selling preferences > Postage calculations

Then check the box that says “Click here to allow transaction-based postage values to override the profile postage settings listed above (if profile settings are enabled).”

@esmi This is my topic, but still would require further info to solve. Had someone posted WHERE in paypal “shipping costs” is, then no other statement would be required. That’s all I’m saying. SOoo, what I found – Paypal.com – Tools – Shipping Calculator – Remove methods. If this is wrong, please advise. Cheers!

Sorry, don’t mean to be a smarty pants, but it’s frustrating going into help forums where the answer still requires research. Even a little selfish.

BTW, it worked. Had a purchase come through right after I made the change.

@premiumcard: are you also posting as “steve-robinson”? That is the “name” of the poster who owns/started this topic.

If not, please start your own topic.

    got it

but the topic is exactly the same. will do next time. have a great day

Thanks for the follow up Steve. Sorry for the confusion.

@steve @esmi Both posted solutions work. Mine is a little easier to find, but both are good. They both link to the same Paypal settings page for shipping. All good and very resolved, thanks to you guys. Glad to have this forum available.
