# Shipping address missing

 * Hi,
 * When I print a delivery note, only the billing address shows. I’d ideally just
   like the shipping address to show on the delivery note. How can I do this?

 * Hmm, no feedback. 🙁
 * But it appears I have found the possible problem… just not sure how to go about
   fixing it.
    It appears that some users are able to submit their order without
   filling in some required fields. I’m not sure how this happens as I’ve not been
   able to replicate this in testing. So it seems that when the State & Zip aren’t
   entered into the billing / shipping fields, the delivery note only displays the
   billing note. Some don’t even show any of the info if the user has added some
   characters into their address field…

 * If your customers create an account: login to an account where the address is
   missing. Go to my account and view the order. At the bottom, do you see both 
   addresses or the same as when you print it?
 * Btw: you can edit the address setting in your woocommerce settings: Shipping -
   > Shipping to

 * I have the same issue however adding complete delivery details does not resolve
   the problem for me.
 * I have the multiple shipping address plugin installed but even when deactivated
   the shipping address does still not appear.
 * It only appears to affect orders created using the admin interface, not those
   created on the front end checkout page.

 * I went into WooCommerce Settings > Shipping > and set the default to “Default
   to shipping address”.
 * However, when clicking on the “Print Invoice”, I still get the billing address
   instead.

 * Never mind… Now it works. Looks like I had to delete the Cache after selecting
   the new default option. Works now! Both the billing and shipping addresses appear
   on the print out.
