Shipping address and shipping price displays when products set to not shipping

I did this: I set up two versions of the same product, one for shipping and one for pick-up. The pick-up version has “Product will not be shipped to customer” checked in the Product Delivery section, Shipping tab.

High priority: Checkout page
I expected WPeCommerce to do this: I expect no Shipping Address section to display when all products in the cart are set up to *not* be shipped.

Instead it did this: Both shipping and non-shipping products include a Shipping Address section.

Medium Priority: Shop page
I expected WPeCommerce to do this: I expect no shipping price line to display when a product is set up to *not* be shipped.

Instead it did this: Both shipping and non-shipping products include “Shipping: $0.00” after the price.
