 * I need help learning how to setup shipping costs for a shop.
 * There are eight prices for shipping that will need to be setup and are as follows:
 * US
    Class 1: $7.95 for the first item, $3.90 per addition item in order Class
   2: $8.95 for the first item, $4.90 per additional item in order
 * International
    Class 1: $17.00 for the first item, $14 per additional item in
   order Class 2: $19.00 for the first item, $16 per additional item in order
 * How do I set them so that they will automatically total on the order and the 
   buyer only needs to select local pickup or shipping?
