'Shipped' orders switching back to 'Awaiting Payment'

    Hi,

    We have been experiencing some strange happenings with a few of our old orders on one of our larger WP websites running eShop.

    Some orders after being finalized and set to ‘Shipped’ back in March 2013 keep switching back to ‘Awaiting Payment’ after a month or two and showing up in the Dashboard as such.

    This has happened 3 times since March and although switching Order Status back to ‘Shipped’ works, it doesn’t stay there for more than a few weeks.

    Is there anything in the Crons for eShop that could cause this problem or do you have any experience with this happening on other sites?

    Sorry but that would be “no” and “no”. Are you sure that this isn’t a database issue?
