    Hello.
    I have installed the plugin and everything seems to work fine except for order tracking.

    I have the plugin checked to allow tracking with custom numbers, however if I try to track it it tells me that the page was not found, but if I try with the original ID assigned by Woocommerce it works.

    Is there any way to fix this? It is very annoying for my clients.

    I’ve checked on my end, but I’m unable to replicate the issue. To assist you better, could you please:

    I’d like to confirm first whether you have added [woocommerce_order_tracking] shortcode on the page to track the order? Could you please share a screenshot of how you’ve set up the plugin, particularly the order tracking settings?

      Good morning.
      Thanks for the reply.
      I’m attaching the images.
      I tried the plugin in 3 other stores and the error is also repeated.
      If I use the real ID of the order it works, but with the number assigned by the plugin it doesn’t.
      I think all my configuration is correct.

      Do you know when there will be a solution?
      I’m trying to keep up with the plugin installed but it’s too annoying for my customers not to be able to track their orders.
