“Shipment Tracking” column on the Orders page

    Hi @zorem,

    Since the update to Version 3.4.7 I have lost the “Shipment Tracking” column on the Orders page. That was a useful feature.

    Could you please let me know how to restore it?

    Hi @alphamobility,
    No, We didn’t remove the “Shipment Tracking” column on the Orders page. Please check the “Screen Options” panel and make sure the “Shipment Tracking” column is enabled.

    On the 3 sites that I updated the option disappeared from the “Screen Options”

    On the site I did not updated it is still here.

    Hi @alphamobility,
    We can’t replicate this issue in our development store.
    Maybe you have a conflict with another plugin. Deactivate all other plugins except the AST and WooCommerce and check again.

    You are correct, the plugin “YITH Purchased Column for WooCommerce” is blocking it.
    Once deactivated there is no problem anymore.
