    Sorry for the trouble you’ve run into. Do you know if there is a shipping zone set up for the customers who are unable to select shipping options?

    A shipping zone is a geographic area where you ship products. Often times when a customer can’t select a shipping option at checkout it is because the shipping is not set up for their location.

    We have a guide to setting these up that can walk you through it at https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/

    If walking through that guide doesn’t fix the issue, let us know. If possible, also send over the UR to your site and let us know the location of some of the customers who are unable to select shipping. That way we can take a closer look.
