    Hi,
Let me begin by admiring the Quark theme. It is very clean and sleek and very simple to use.

I’m just starting to learn about wordpress. I just had my site up last week and I chose Quark theme to be the theme for my page since I like how it looks and I plan to continue customizing it.

I noticed in the small screenshot on the main theme page, there are sharing buttons on the top right corner of the page. I assumed this is a widget but I don’t seem to find a way to display this on my main static front page. Do you have any pointers for me?

Quark comes with a Theme Options page (APPEARANCE > THEME OPTIONS menu). This Theme Options page allows you to enter the various url’s for your social media sites. These will then display those icons in the top right-hand corner that you’ve seen. You can geta better look at them on my theme demo.

They’re not actually “sharing buttons” so to speak, they’re simply links to your various social media profiles. If you want to be able to “share” your blog posts, then you simply need to install one of the many social media plugins that are available.
