    I subscribed and paid for this plugin in order to share my website’s posts and pages to Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
    1) There is no Instagram option to choose from and share.
    2) It does not share on Facebook. Every time it tries to share, it logs me out of Facebook and, obviously, it misses to share.

    I contacted support and asked for a full refund on the basis that their plugin promo is misleading (no Instagram option) but so far I have heard nothing.

    I have now contacted my bank and initiated a dispute. I should not have to do so as in their website they are promoting “30 day money bank guarantee”, which they do not really mean, I suppose.

    If anyone from the company has access to this post, can you please tell me how I can get my money back?

    Hi there,

    To connect Instagram to the plugin you need to use our Buffer integration. Please see here: https://docs.revive.social/article/1163-how-to-connect-instagram-to-revive-old-posts

    This is the page I submitted my ticket. I will go ahead and submit it again very soon.

    As for Buffer, you do not say anything on your front page that one has to have (and use) a Buffer account, which to me is misleading. Also, there is nowhere obvious on the website that Buffer is needed for connecting to Instagram.

    Finally, I can’t even post to Facebook either (as I mentioned above).

    I will resubmit my ticked and hope you can offer a full refund.
