Sharing not displaying on front page

On marensblog.dk I show the five most recent posts in full leght on the front page and even though the Social Sharing is shown at the end of every single posts (if you click on it), it doesn’t show up on the front page. I’ve tried adding the php manually and that sort of works, but when I “like” or tweet something it refers to the front page and not the permalink of the posts. How do I change this?
