• Hey guys! My website is finally ready and I was about to publish it and advertise it on facebook when I encountered a minor error. When I try to share my website (http://bumbapp.is) on facebook, the text that shows is the latest post. And it gives me 40 thumbnails to choose from but I only want it to be my logo. I can’t find anything in WordPress CMS to change this. Here’s a picture of what I mean incase I was unclear:

    Thanks in advance.

  • Sorry but that’s a Facebook thing. There’s nothing WP can do about it.

I was told on another website that it was an SEO thing that I could edit through some SEO plugin installed on WP. Is that not true then?

    Nope – sorry.

Then how can other wordpress based sites have something other than their latest post in the text field when shared on facebook?

Try & share a wordpress based site you know, it’ll usually have ‘about us’ or just the website in that text field.
