I’ve had problems with LinkedIn sharing for quite a while now and I’ve finally found out why.
I think they’ve changed their HTML parser and now their HTTP request is filtered out by BBQ.
Their HTTP request looks like this :
GET /3-signs-theres-a-storm-brewing-in-your-cloud-contract/ HTTP/1.1" 403 - "" "
LinkedInBot/1.0 (compatible; Mozilla/5.0; Jakarta Commons-HttpClient/3.1 +http://www.linkedin.com)
And in BBQ, the word Jakarta is filtered out.
Is there a reason why Jakarta would be problematic?
