    Hello,

I have a problem with the plugin: When you set a filter in the All Listings page and copy the URL with the parameters, the filters won’t apply when you insert this url in a new tab.

Is there a fix for this issue?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello user123xyz!

    Thanks for reaching out!

The issue you’ve mentioned — where filter parameters from the All Listings page URL do not persist when opened in a new tab — does not appear to be reproducible from our end at the moment.

To assist you more effectively, could you kindly create a support ticket directly from our website? This will allow our technical team to investigate the issue in detail based on your specific setup and provide a solution accordingly.

We’re here to help and look forward to resolving this for you!

    Hi @rashed848

Thank you for your answer. This issue also appears on one of your demos: https://demo.directorist.com/theme/dlawyers/all-listings/?price%5B1%5D=350&dlawyers_age=1to40

Try the age filter for example.

Is that enough or should I still create a support ticket?

    Thanks and best regards

    Hi @user123xyz,

Thank you for your patience, and we truly appreciate you pointing this out.

You’re absolutely right — we’ve confirmed that the filter parameters currently do not persist when accessing the URL directly, even in our demo. This is indeed a known issue in the current version of the plugin.

The good news is that we’ve already addressed this internally, and a fix will be included in the upcoming version 8.5 release.

Thank you again for your valuable feedback — it helps us make Directorist better for everyone! Please stay tuned for the update, and let us know if you have any further questions in the meantime!

    Best regards,
    Al-Amin Khan
