    Is it possible for users to share documents with admins, and the admins to share documents with individual users with either the free or Pro version of this plugin?

    Yes possible.
    In Free version, any user can send document to any user. In PRO version you can restrict that so that user can send document to admin, but admin can send to any individual users.
