Social Media buttons on post pages

Is there a way to show the social media icons of facebook, twitter and google+ post pages? I am using the WordPress Social Ring plugin, but the share icons don’t seem to appear on the mobile website. How to fix this?

Additionally, is there a way to remove “proudly powered by wordpress” that appear at the bottom of every page?
