    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins (yes, all) to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). Don’t forget the ones in mu-plugins. If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems

    Hi,

I delete all the plugins and I reinstall the the new version of the wordpress and switch to the Twenty Eleven theme but the problem still not fixed!

Can you please help me to find the problem.

Note: i did not understand the ( mu-plugins ) what you mean by that .

    Thank you

    is their any answer ?

Other plugins that use the area below settings seem to work. Perhaps the plugin author can assist.

Is it compatible with 3.2 (doesn’t look like it)?
    When was it last updated?

The graphic you posted shows at least some plugins active and shows some plug below the settings block. What should be at the bottom is a collapse or expand menu button.

I am sorry I don’t understand what this means,
