ShareThis plugin social bar modify

So i am using the ShareThis plugin which adds the social bar of icons with links to social stuff. Anyway by default this plugin adds a <p> tag containing the <span> tags. How do i change which div this <p> tag get placed in? Currently it is inside the div with class=”entry-content” and i would like to place it in the div with class=”entry-meta”. I just can’t find where the php is dynamically adding this to the entry-content div. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
