share/subscribe buttons on pages and footer?

I installed the social media share buttons that jetpack has to offer, but it is only posting the buttons at the bottom of posts/pages (like underneath a page, as if the page were another post)

How can I display them also in my footer and on the page entitled “follow&share”?

same goes for the jetpack email subscription widget. this appears in the footer, but I don’t know how to make it appear on a page too.

If someone tells me how to upload an image to the forum, I can photoshop an idea of how I am wanting it to look.
