Shares not showing up after a site transfer

    Hi,

    Please take a note that the count is tied to the URL of the page. If user switches from one subdomain to another or starts using st_url property of span tag to point to a different url , counters get changed(based on url). When a new URL is detected the count starts from 0.
    In case of redirection also, both the urls will be considered as two different urls.
    Unfortunately there is no way to transfer/export the stats between different URLs.

    We suggest you to –
    1) Restore the old urls OR
    2) Pass the old urls in “st_url” on new url pages.
