 * I suspect your server is running `lsapi V8.1 CloudLinux 1.3`, which is the Litespeed
   module for Apache. That means you’re correct in your assessment that your shared
   hosting is Apache, but it appears that the Litespeed + lsapi settings detection
   from Wordfence’s optimization wizard will apply the correct settings for this
   server.
