Sharebar like Copyblogger

Quick question.

I want to set up my sharebar like http://www.copyblogger.com/modern-portfolio-wordpress-theme/ at the top, but I’m not sure how.

I would like to right justify the image and left justify the share bar at the top. Problem is, when I try, some text squeezes up between the image and the bar. It looks like CB has the bar run the whole width of the text box – 628 px – that probably keeps the text from running between the two.

Is there way to do this with this plugin? Thanks!
