 * I had to reinstall W3TC on my site, but when I did, the Sharebar went into pieces
   below the footer. After removing W3TC and replacing it with Hyper Cache, I still
   have the same issue.
 * All W3TC files have been deleted.
 * How do I make Sharebar work again?
