I’ve also been having issues with it showing posts that no longer exist along with others that have been selected to be opted out of for related posts.
Please help.

Hi maresj (Jan) – thanks for waiting on this! I just clicked through a few of your recommendation thumbnails and was unable to get a page that was removed? This may have resolved already. Would you mind clearing your browser’s cache and verifying for me?
gabriellestclaire – are the removed pages still showing as a recommendation? Would you mind providing the URL?
caresind012 – clicking through your recommendations, I was unable to get a deleted page? Would you mind verifying if those pages have been removed from your recommendations? Also, make sure to clear your browser’s cache before checking. Let me know!

when you open my some new blog posts 5-10 and check blow my related posts you ll see some empty images (white images) also you ll see some my old posts that we have been replaced now with new images and old images are still showing insisted of new posts
i also clear my browser’s cache for many time
i love this relates post plugin and i dont want to change plz clear my problem

Thanks for waiting! Would you mind checking again to see if the thumbnails are now displaying the correct images? I was unable to get white images showing when clicking through your recommendations several times. Also, I noticed the thumbnail images appear to be matching with image on the posts, so it looks like it’s picking up the correct images. If that is not the case on your end, would you mind providing an example of a post that is still showing the incorrect image? It may have fixed itself since you last wrote, which was 4 days ago. Let me know if you are now seeing those changes.

thank you for getting back to me. The Smoothie-recipes.eu website seems to be good now.
However I have the same issue on another website: http://segedinsky-gulas.cz. Is there anything I can do in general about this issue? I have many websites and a lot of them use your plugin.

We’ve made a number of upgrades to these systems recently. Hopefully you see much better performance for the Related Content issues you were previously experiencing. Let us know if you still see more problems and we’ll gladly review.
