Share WP Posts to Google + and Reddit

    I currently use WP Social Tracker which does an awesome job of pushing my WP posts to select Facebook pages .. and thus incrasing traffic across my WP sites.

    Can anyone suggest suggest comparable plug-ins to push WP posts to:

    1. Google +
    2. Reddit
