 * Thanks for writing in, you can try for a custom CSS code. You can try adding 
   the following code under **Appearance > Theme Options > custom CSS**:
 *     ```
       .entry-content .read-more a {
         padding: 10px 27px;
       }
       ```

 * You can achieve that by adding this code under **Appearance > Theme Options >
   custom CSS**:

       .share-this {
         padding: 40px 0 17px 0;
       }
       ```
