Share not working

Hi I am using this plugin, When I click on Share on FB, Article thumbnail description fetches something else which is not related to Article, http://www.mockingnow.com/ here is my site.

I am unable to share this particular article http://www.mockingnow.com/2012/11/team-india-ropes-in-kejriwal-to-preempt-english-moves/, When I say unable to share, it means the description what appears when I click on share is not related to that particular post.
