    Hi Nicola!

Currently, both Instagram and Google+ publications are managed via Buffer (a third-party service for social sharing). Please, make sure that both your Instagram and Google+ profiles are properly connected to your Buffer account – if, for some reason, their access credentials expired, Buffer (and, therefore, Nelio Content) won’t be able to publish anything.

Regarding Instagram, there’s one important thing you should know. Instagram doesn’t offer a public API for publishing content from third-party tools. Instead, you’re “forced” to use their mobile apps for doing so. In order to overcome this issue, Buffer implemented “Reminders” – you install Buffer’s app in your phone and, when the time comes, you’ll get a notification in your smartphone telling you “hey, you have to publish this image with this text on Instagram!”. You can read more about this here: https://buffer.com/instagram It’s not a perfect solution, but it works 🙂

    Regards,
    David

    thanks for the quick answer.
In fact this is the problem, I knew bees but I thought it might be possible through your plug-in, however it does work well now even though I have to do it in manual as explained by you but it’s ok for now, pardon that in the future you can find a solution by automating that too.
We are considering opting for subscription plan for your plug-in, in recent months, have done a good job, keep up adéu

    Thanks, Nicola.

To be completely honest we you, we don’t like the solution either. If it were for us, we’d implement a completely-automated solution, but it’s currently not possible without violating the terms and conditions of Instagram’s service. But stay assured: if this changes at some point and an API becomes available, we’ll definitely implement it!

    Ciao 🙂

Awesome and good to know that you answer quickly and well. Congrats!
