    I have a popup link in my top menu to share whatever page the user is on. The o lay ido. That shows is the email one. The others don’t show. Any reason why?

    And my links are set to oval but are showing as rectangular.

    We have checked the website and couldn’t see any popup over there.
    If you have disabled it and do not want to show it on the website, please, create the test page and when putting the popup over there, send the URL to check.

    Please, do not forget to enable the **Debug Mode** so our support team can check what the issue is.
    Follow the steps below to achieve this.
    1. Go to Popup Builder settings.
    2. Check the “Enable DEBUG MODE”.
    3. Click “Save Changes”.

    P.S. Make sure to have the Popup Builder plugin’s latest version activated so you can have the Debug Mode feature available.

    I did this but no one has continued with helping me.

    I responded to a private email but have heard nothing since.

    Please, I’d like to fix this. I paid for the full suite of adding and it would be nice if they worked.

    The pop up is activated by a click. It’s on the top bar called share … and it will load the popup.

    I have activated debug mode also.
