Share counts dissappeared

Our engineering team is aware of the share count issue and is currently looking into it. It appears that Facebook recently deprecated one of their APIs that we were using to retrieve these counts. We don’t believe this a full-on deprecation like Twitter & LinkedIn so we’re working on seeing other viable options at the moment. We expect to have a resolution by the end of today.

No update yet, however, this is a top priority for our team right now and we want to make sure that we have a long term fix strategized before implementing.

Yes, and we have good news. After discussing with Facebook, we have determined a possible solution which we are working on implementing in the next 2 weeks.

We are still working to resolve the issue where Facebook is not reporting on HTTP share counts. However, feel free to send over an example URL so that I can take a look and make sure that there are no other issues going on in your specific case.

I just checked your configuration and it was indeed a setting error. I just made the fix for you so now the share counts should be showing on your pages:
