Share counts are not working on my website

Hello. I have two websites with your awesome SASSY Social Share plug. Both sites are located on the same server and the settings of plugin are completely the same.
But the share counts are working only for my first website. Can you help me?

I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never offer credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

Bottom line: Do not ask for or offer credentials on the forums.

@sterndata , yea, thanks for advice! I meant I can send an access info to plugin authors’ email. Ofcourse I will not share my admin panel login info here on forum 🙂

How about my website problem? Can we fix this? I’m not publishing new posts quz my last backup is made 3 days ago and I don’t wanna lose something in case if the site will be broken.

We tried debugging the issue. It doesn’t seem anything related to our plugin. Seems, some other plugin is causing conflict. You would like to try deactivating other plugins one-by-one to check which one is causing this.

Seems like this plugin conflicts with yours: https://ru.wordpress.org/plugins/wd-instagram-feed/ . I’ve disabled it and BAM! – repost counts are working fine!

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
