Share buttons not showing correctly on infinite scroll

Hi,

me again. Thanks for this great plugin btw.

But I have a little problem:

I implemented the share buttons on the homepage of http://www.ubergadgets.de and it looks exactly how I want. But when I scroll down the page and new posts get loaded the share buttons are not showing correctly on these posts. They should be aligned to the right but thy are not and they overlap other elements.

The frontend code looks the same.

Any idea?
